Guide

How we plan your trip, step by step.

A practical look at how independent travel advisory works — and how to get the most out of a consultation.

1. Start with your goals, not a destination list

Good trip planning begins with what you want the trip to feel like: your pace, your budget, who's traveling and what matters most. Before we suggest anything, we listen. That's why our contact form asks for dates, travelers, budget range and interests.

2. Compare routes and flights

Flights shape everything else. We look at routes, connections and timing so the plan fits your schedule — not just the cheapest fare on a search screen. You get clear options and the reasons behind them.

3. Choose where to stay

Location usually matters more than the room. We suggest areas and hotels that match your plans for each day, so you spend less time in transit and more time enjoying the trip.

4. Work out the logistics

Transfers, timing between stops, and the small details that cause stress on the road — we think them through ahead of time and put them into one organized itinerary.

5. You book directly

Travel Theorem is a non-merchant advisory service. We don't sell or book travel, so our advice stays independent. You book directly with airlines, hotels and other providers and stay fully in control of your reservations.
