Our services

Travel Theorem offers travel consulting and advisory services: information, itineraries, advice and guidance relating to flights, accommodation, logistics and other travel services.

Non-merchant role

We are not a travel agency, airline, hotel or seller of travel. We do not make bookings or process payments for travel products on your behalf. You are solely responsible for any bookings you make and for reviewing each provider's terms.

Information accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, current information. Prices, schedules, availability and entry requirements change frequently and are controlled by third parties; please confirm all details directly with providers and official authorities before traveling.

Liability

Travel Theorem is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or changes by any third-party travel provider, or for losses arising from travel decisions you make.

Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
