Refund & Returns Policy

Consultation services are non-refundable

Travel Theorem provides travel consulting and advisory services, including information, itineraries, recommendations and guidance. Because these services involve time, research and expertise delivered to you, all consultation fees are non-refundable once payment is made, including if you decide not to travel or change your plans.

No physical products or returns

We do not sell physical goods, so there is nothing to return. Advisory deliverables (such as itineraries or written recommendations) cannot be returned once provided.

Travel bookings

Travel Theorem is a non-merchant service. We do not sell, book or collect payment for flights, hotels, tours or other travel products. Any purchases you make with airlines, hotels or other providers are subject to those providers' own terms, cancellation and refund policies. Please direct any refund requests for those bookings to the provider.
